It's a bio-based treatment sprayed onto asphalt shingles that restores the oils they lose to UV and heat over time. Those oils are what keep a shingle flexible; once they're gone, the shingle dries, stiffens, and starts shedding granules. Rejuvenation puts flexibility back into a shingle that is aging but still structurally sound.
